Jeff Barchi is the best. He listed my house on a Friday morning early and we quickly had seven scheduled appointments for showings in the first two days. We received a full-price offer by 9 am the next day, Saturday. The house closed within 27 days. How did he do it? He is personable, industrious, easy to deal with, and has good judgment. While other Realtors®️ were either too slick (for example, tried way too hard to establish common ground with me) or aloof ("have the place totally cleaned out and then get back to me”), Roger was relaxed in conversations but energetic in approach. He always responded to calls, emails, and texts with relevant information and did not hesitate to arrange anything necessary to complete the sale (like house cleaners, stagers.) really, hire this guy.
