We wanted a Realtor®️ we could trust and someone knowledgeable about the area that could find us the perfect home. Jeff was our guy. We originally found Jeff via a Google search. At this point, we knew Jeff was going to be able to pull through for us and find the best home for us. We scheduled a trip to Scottsdale in a few weeks to look at homes with Jeff. Over the next few days and weeks, we kid you not, we felt like we were Jeff’s only clients. Each day we woke up to new listings and custom emails from Jeff. They contained homes that were within our exact requirements and played off of our original discussion. Again, meticulous with his attention to detail. We toured and saw 7 different homes with Jeff. The closing process was incredibly smooth and Jeff helped hold our hand as we were first-time buyers. We settled on the Windgate Ranch neighborhood. Almost 3 months later, we are in the absolute perfect neighborhood and home for us. Reflecting back on our experience with Jeff it truly was amazing. We can’t say enough great things about Jeff and his team. From his attention to detail, to his fun-loving attitude and client-first approach, you really can’t go wrong. Any future home we buy in Arizona, we will without hesitation work with Jeff again.

In this market, establishing the right sales price for your home is of paramount importance in attracting a qualified buyer willing to go through the short sale process with you. Of course, everyone wants to get the most from their property, but in the end, the market will drive the price. Roger was instrumental in establishing a realistic price that ultimately attracted the right buyer for our property. Roger performed a number of market surveys and price adjustments to keep our property competitive in the market as it was spiraling down. Visibility is also a very important aspect of finding the right buyer for your property. Roger had a very aggressive marketing strategy for our property using a number of tried and true marketing channels, including hosting open houses at least once a month. Once you find a qualified buyer, the fun really begins as you must deal with the mortgage lenders involved in the short sale. This can be the most frustrating and time-consuming part of the process. Once we had a formal offer Roger engaged with the lenders to establish a short sale file and helped facilitate the process between the buyer, the seller, and the mortgage lenders. The lenders are literally swamped in paperwork and are almost impossible to get in contact with which requires multiple calls and messages. Roger was very responsive to the additional burden and overhead required to work with the lenders in a short sale process. Whatever it took, Roger was there. So, in summary, it can be done and it does pay to have a Realtor®️ professional like Roger on your side all the way. We could not have done it without him.
